RE: notification of change in the proportion of total number of votes in a public company

With regard to art. 69 clause 2 point 1 letter a) in conjunction with art. 69a clause 1 point 1) of Public Offer and the Conditions for Introducing Financial Instruments to the Organized Trading System and Public Companies Act (hereinafter referred to as "the Act"), I hereby notify change in the percentage share in the total number of votes at General Meeting of PROCHEM S.A. ("the Company")

The above mentioned change is a result of reduction of the share capital of the Company from PLN 2,935,000.00 to PLN 2,355,000.00, i.e. by PLN 580,000 by ways of redemption of 580,000 shares with a nominal value of PLN 1.00 each, correspy ding to 580,000 votes, of which I acquired knowledge of on August 16th, 2022.

Before the above mentioned event, I held 1 000 000 Company's shares that were equal to 34,07 % in the Company's share capital and had 1 000 000 votes from these shares, that were equal to 33,1 % of total number of votes at General Meeting.

After the above mentioned event, I hold 1 000 000 Company's shares that are equal to 42,46 % in the Company's share capital and has 1 000 000 votes from these shares, that re equal to 42.4 % of total number of votes.

I have no subsidiaries, who hold company shares;

There are no persons as referred to in art. 87 paragraph 1 point 3) of the Act.

I do not hold financial instruments as referred to in art. 69b paragraph 1 points 1) and 2) of the Act, and does not have votes from the shares as calculated in the manner specified in Art. 69b paragraph 2 and 3 of the Act.
