NEWS RELEASE

Vancouver, British Columbia, October 25, 2021 – ProAm Explorations Corporation (“ProAm” or “ the Company ”) (TSX.V:PMX ) announces a private placement financing of up to $300,000 (the “Financing”) through the issuance of 5,000,000 units at a price of $0.06 per unit (“Unit”). Each Unit will consist of one share and one share purchase warrant (“Warrant”), with each Warrant being exercisable at a price of $0.12 for a 2 year period from the date of issuance The Company anticipates paying a finder’s fee of 8% cash or Units on the Financing or a portion thereof.

The funds will be used to execute a geophysical survey, property costs and other administrative costs The geophysical survey is anticipated to consist of line 48 km of magnetic gradiometer surveying on the Company’s Jet Property in Nevada. It is anticipated that the survey will locate possible drill targets at depth which may account for the significant assay results of surface sampling and mapping.

The geological content of this news release has been approved by D.L.Trueman, Ph.D, P. Geo who is a qualified person acting under the NI 43-101 guidelines.
