The Company has been informed that Anthony Hall has sold 1,000,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company.

As a consequence, the remaining holdings of Anthony Hall are 25,179,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, representing approximately 24.11% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ( the Act)

Pro Medicus Limited (ASX Code: PME) ( Company ) refers to the announcement on 21 November 2023 in relation to the sale by Anthony Hall of 1,000,000 shares in the Company.

This notice is given by the Company under section 708A(5)(e) of the Act (as modified by ASIC Instrument 2016/81).

The Company advises that:

• (a) Mr Hall sold the relevant securities in the Company without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Act;

• (b) as at the date of this notice, the Company has complied with:

• (i) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Act as they apply to the Company; and

• (ii) section 674 of the Act; and

• (c) as at the date of this notice, there is no "excluded information" for the purposes of subsections 708A(7) or (8) of the Act.
