Company announcement
Amendment to Appendix 3X
Pro Medicus (ASX: PME) wishes to inform the market of an error in the announcement of Roderick Lyle’s Initial Director’s Interest Notice (Appendix 3X) lodged on 23 November 2010.
Mr Lyle’s initial Appendix 3X indicated that he had no interest in the company, but the company has since realised that Mr Lyle acquired 47,987 shares in PME prior to his commencement as Director with Pro Medicus.
The company has addressed this issue and has since tightened its procedures to capture all interests from Directors.
Attached is an Appendix 3Y in respect of Mr Lyle’s interest in the company.
Yours faithfully
