Share Options Grant
Leading e-health company Pro Medicus (ASX: PME) today announced the granting of 200,000 share options under the Employee Share Option Plan on 18 November 2011.
The Board has granted 200,000 new ordinary share options under the following conditions:-
200,000 shares options granted to Roderick Lyle (Exercise price $0.55, 5 year vesting period, 10 year expiration).
Appendixes covering the granting of these options are attached.
