Appointment of new CFO/Company Secretary

Leading e-health company Pro Medicus (ASX: PME) today announced the appointment of Mr Clint Cooper as the company’s new Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary effective the 18[th] of February.

Mr Cooper possesses a Bachelor of Accountancy from RMIT and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. He has significant industry experience including 2 years as the General Manager - Finance, Administration and Operations for Cricket Victoria and 2 years with Freemans Australia Pty Ltd as Finance & Administration Manager for insurance services. Prior to that Mr Cooper spent 8 years with KPMG including a management role in Corporate recovery (4 years) and also in an under-graduate role in Audit & Assurance Services (4 years).

The board wishes the outgoing CFO, Mr Sean Collins, all the best in his future endeavours.
