2023 Annual General Meeting date
Leading health imaging company Pro Medicus (ASX: PME) today announced that its 2023 Annual General meeting will be held on Monday 20 November 2023, commencing at 10.00 (AEDT) at Leonda By The Yarra, 2 Wallen Road, Hawthorn, VIC 3122.
Further details will be provided in the Notice of Meeting which will be released to the ASX on 19 October 2023.
Pro Medicus further advises that nominations from persons seeking to be considered for election as a director of the Company are required to be received at the registered office of the Company by 5.00pm (AEST) on 17 October 2023.
