CI RESOURCES LIMITED – TRADING HALT REQUEST

Pursuant to Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) Listing Rule 17.1, CI Resources Ltd (CI Resources) requests a trading halt in respect of its securities, being fully paid ordinary shares with immediate effect.

1. The reason for the request is pending the release of an announcement regarding an acquisition.

2. CI Resources wishes the trading halt to remain in place until this announcement is made to the market.

3. CI Resources expects to make this announcement at any time within the next two days prior to market open on Thursday 3 June 2021, after which time it would expect its securities to be trading.

4. CI Resources is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any information necessary to inform the market or ASX about the trading halt.
