CI RESOURCES LIMITED (COMPANY) – VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION REQUEST

Further to the Trading Halt request on Tuesday, 1 June 2021, the Company requests that a voluntary suspension be placed on all its listed securities.

1. The reason for the request is pending the release of the release of an announcement regarding an acquisition.

2. The Company expects to make this announcement at any time before market open on Monday, 7 June 2021 after which time it would expect its securities to be trading.

3. The Company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted. The Company is not aware of any other information to inform the market about the voluntary suspension.
