DISTRIBUTION SCHEDULE AND TOP 20 SHAREHOLDERS FOLLOWING END OF TAKEOVER OFFER PERIOD
CI Resources Limited (ACN 006 788 754) ( Company )(CI Resources) announced that its offmarket takeover offer for all of the ordinary shares in Phosphate Resources Limited ( Phosphate Resources ) ( Offer ) closed at 5:00 pm (Perth time) on 27 November 2014.
As at close of the Offer, the Company had a relevant interest in 98.73% of all of the ordinary shares in Phosphate Resources.
Following the close of the Offer, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.4.1, CI Resources provides the following information:
-
a distribution schedule for shares in CI Resources as set out in ASX Listing Rule 4.10.7 (Distribution Schedule); and
-
the names of, number of shares held by and percentages held by the 20 largest shareholders of CI Resources as set out in ASX Listing Rule 4.10.9 (Top 20 Shareholder List).
