CI Resources Lim ited (“the C ompany”) is pleased to a nnounce tha t i t has acquired a further 102,150 s hares in P hosphate Re sources Lim ited, pur suant to t he Company’s stated intentions to do so using the creep provisions of the Corporations Act 2001.

The Company now holds 1,633,630 shares of th e 3,423,507 issued shares in Phosphate Resources Ltd amounting to 47.71% of the company.
