INCREASE IN SHAREHOLDING IN PHOSPHATE RESOURCES LIMITED
The Directors of Asset Backed Holdings Limited are pleased to advise that the Company has acquired an additional 94,680 shares (3%) in Phosphate Resources Limited and therefore now holds a total of approximately 29.7% of the shares issued in Phosphate Resources Ltd. Asset Backed Holdings Limited continues in its support of the current management of Phosphate Resources Limited.
At the same time the secured loan facility granted to Phosphate Resources Limited of $2.5 million is to be extended for a further 3 months with an option for an additional three month extension.
Mr David Argyle has retired as a director of Phosphate Resources Limited, but continues as a director of Asset Backed Holdings Limited.
