Completion of Acquisition of Centrex Ltd including Ardmore Phosphate Mine

Key Highlights:

• Confirmation of that PRL Global Ltd has completed the acquisition of the Ardmore Phosphate Mine in Queensland and its holding companies.

• Key logistics arrangements have been broadly negotiated with final contracts to follow.

• Mine remobilisation, underway since early July has achieved required approvals to restart operations and will now ramp up.

• Customer shipments are on track for first shipment for later in 2025.

The Board of PRL Global Limited (ASX: PRG) is pleased to announce that the transaction to acquire the shares in Centrex Ltd (Subject to a Deed of Company Arrangement) Agriflex Pty Ltd (Subject to a Deed of Company Arrangement) and the Ardmore Phosphate Mine in Queensland (Centrex Group), was effectuated on 10 September 2025.

As noted in the announcement on 4 September 2025, the acquisition of the Ardmore Phosphate Mine, is a significant and strategic asset for the Company, aligned directly with the Group’s core assets and core businesses in mining and marketing phosphate.

The Hon Madeleine King MP, was onsite together with PRL Executive including Managing Director Mr Lai Ah Hong, CEO Nick Gan, CFO, Adrian Gurgone and COO Jim Cooper at the Ardmore Phosphate Mine to mark the important occasion.

This announcement has been approved for release by the Chairman.
