CI RESOURCES LIMITED SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETES COMPULSORY ACQUISITION AND ACQUIRES 100% OF PHOSPHATE RESOURCES LIMITED

CI Resources Limited (ACN 006 788 754) ( Company ) announces that it has completed the compulsory acquisition of all remaining ordinary shares in Phosphate Resources Limited ( Phosphate Resources ) that it does not already own in accordance with Part 6A.1 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) following its successful takeover offer.

The Company now has a relevant interest in 100% of all of the ordinary shares in Phosphate Resources.

Former Phosphate Resources shareholders, whose shares were acquired under the compulsory acquisition process, will be posted a claim form shortly. Completion and return of this form will be required in order for these shareholders to receive the consideration shares due to them.
