CI RESOURCES LIMITED – APPOINTMENT OF ALTERNATE DIRECTOR

CI Resources Limited ACN 006 788 754 ( CIRL ) (ASX Code: CII) today announces that Ms Chain Yee Tee has been appointed as an alternate Director for Dato’ Sri Lip Sin Tee.

Ms Tee holds a Bachelor of Marketing degree and a Master's degree in Accounting, both from Curtin University of Technology, Australia. She embarked on her journey with Prosper Group in 2005, starting as an Assistant General Manager. Over the years, she has risen to the position of Operations & Finance Director at Prosper Group. In this pivotal role, Ms. Tee oversees the development of both operational and financial strategies, ensuring their alignment with the overarching corporate objectives.

The appointment will continue until terminated in accordance with CIRL’s constitution.
