RESIGNATION OF JOINT COMPANY SECRETARY

CI Resources Limited (ASX code: CII) today announces the resignation of Mr Kevin Edwards as Joint Company Secretary effective from 24 November 2017.

Mr Edwards has been Joint Company Secretary since 9 March 2015 and a major contributor to the Company for many years.

The Board wishes to thank Mr Edwards for his valuable contribution to the Company and wish him well in his retirement.
