RESIGNATION OF NON EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS

CI Resources Limited (ASX code: CII) today announces the resignations of Messrs Chan Khye Meng and Phua Siak Yeong as a Non-Executive Directors effective from 30 June 2015.

Messrs Chan Khye Meng and Phua Siak Yeong have been directors since 9 March 2015 and the Board wishes to thank Mr Chan and Mr Phua for their valuable contribution to the Company.

Mr Chan will remain as Non-Executive Director of Phosphate Resources Limited and Mr Phua will remain as Executive Director of Phosphate Resources Limited. Phosphate Resources Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of CI Resources Limited.
