APPOINTMENTS OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND GROUP CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

The Board of CI Resources Limited (ASX code: CII) is pleased to announce the appointments of Mr. Lip Sin Tee as an Executive Director and Mr. Darren Gold as the Group Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from 1 September 2015.

Mr Tee has been a Non-Executive Director of the Company since 21 June 2007 and and Mr Gold has been the Chief Financial Officer of Phosphate Resources Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company since 21 January 2013.

Mr Tee holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration (Human Resources Management) from the University of Wales, an Associate Diploma in Commerce from Curtin University Australia and also a post-graduate Executive Diploma in Plantation Management from the University of Malaya and will oversee the growth of our agricultural division.

Mr Gold holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Accounting from Wits University, South Africa. He is a chartered accountant.

These appointments will provide additional expertise to the Company as it continues to pursue its strategic direction and growth across a diversified industrial portfolio.
