BOARD CHANGES
The Company wishes to announce the retirement today of Mr Antony Leonard Rigoll from the board of Asset Backed Holdings Limited and the retirement of Peter Huston as Managing Director, but continues as a Non Executive Director. Mr Perrott will adopt the role of Chief Executive Officer and a new Chairman will be sought to join the board.
The Board is conscious of corporate and community sentiment and is actively seeking to develop a Board of Directors with the appropriate blend of operational, experience and independence and expertise.
Accordingly, effective today, the Board comprises Mr Perrott as Chief Executive Officer and Messrs Ludger Kohmascher, David Argyle and Peter Huston as Non Executive Directors.
