Change of Audit Firm – Appointment of RSM Australia Partners
PRL Global Limited (ASX:PRG) advises it has appointed RSM Australia Partners as auditor of the Company effective from 12 January 2024.
This appointment follows the conclusion of a tender process for audit services precipitated by the significant growth and geographic diversification of the Company in recent years. The process sought to identify the best value and external auditor option going forward to meet the needs of the Company across its various jurisdictions into the future.
In accordance with this process, the Company has received the resignation of Ernst & Young as auditor and the Australia Securities & Investment Commission’s (ASIC’s) consent to the resignation.
RSM Australia Partners will hold the office of auditor until PRG’s 2024 Annual General Meeting at which shareholder approval will be sought for the reappointment of RSM Australia Partners.
