INVITATION TO ATTEND SHAREHOLDERS’ INFORMATION MEETING FOR CI RESOURCES

The Directors of CI Resources Limited would like to invite you to a Shareholders’ Information Meeting to discuss the Memorandum of Understanding we have entered into with the Xiangxi Xifeng Chemical Phosphate Co Ltd (XXCP) and provide you with an update on our investments in Phosphate Resources Limited and in the Guizhou Tiangfeng Chem-Phos Co Ltd, which we hold through Xifeng International Pte Ltd.

CI Resources has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with XXCP to investigate the potential to develop a new phosphate mine in the Hunan Province of the People’s Republic of China, based on our strong belief that demand for phosphate will remain sound, particularly in China.

Predicted increases in world population, coupled with the need for further intensification of agricultural practices to supply future food production growth, means demand for phosphate will continue to grow.

We believe this acceleration in global demand represents an exciting opportunity for CI Resources to develop a quality portfolio of phosphate assets.

The Shareholders’ Information Meeting will provide an opportunity to outline the outlook for CI Resources and explain the Company’s strategy for future growth.
