Annual General Meeting on July 3, 2015 / Distribution from Capital Contribution Reserves

Zug, June 12, 2015

The Board of Directors of Private Equity Holding AG (PEH) proposes allocating the full amount of the distribution from the reserves from capital contributions to the free reserves and to distribute CHF 2.75 per registered share from the free reserves (agenda item 5). Subject to approval by shareholders at the annual general meeting, the distribution will be made as follows: July 7, 2015, is the ex date, July 8, 2015, is the record date and July 9, 2015, is the payment date of the distribution.
