This is the third successive year of the promoter group buying shares of Pritish Nandy Communications Ltd from ·tl}e;TIiirket. In 2019, they bought 507,122 shares (3.50%) increasing their hol9.fug t.o ··44.95% of PNC. In 2020, they bought 716,764 (4.95%) increasing their holding t.6 49.90%. This year, they have bought till now 715,716 shares (4.95%) increasing'their rolding to 54.84% of PNC.
