This is further to my mail to you dated April 2 2021 stating that "my work pressures have increased in recent months and Parliament takes up much of my time, I am finding it increasingly difficult to manage so many responsibilities and am therefore requesting you to allow me to resign from your Board of Directors at your convenience."

I understand that you have accepted my resignation in the PNC Board meeting held on June 30 2021.

I confirm that there are no other material reasons for my resignation other than what I have provided in my mail dated April 2 2021. My years on the Board of PNC were a good and satisfying experience.
