Prisma Properties AB (publ) successfully issues senior unsecured green bonds
Prisma Properties AB (publ) ("Prisma Properties") has successfully issued senior unsecured green bonds (the "Green Bonds") in an initial amount of SEK 500,000,000. The Green Bonds were issued under a total framework of SEK 1,000,000,000, carries a floating interest rate of 3m Stibor + 265 basis points and will mature in May 2030. Prisma Properties intends to apply the Green Bonds for admission to trading on the sustainable bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm.
Danske Bank A/S, Danmark, Sverige Filial and Nordea Bank Abp acted as joint bookrunners in connection with the issuance of the Green Bonds. Gernandt & Danielsson acted as legal advisor.
