Item 4 Summary of Material Change
The Company has changed its name to Principal Technologies Inc. by filing a Notice of Alteration for the name change effective December 1, 2020. The new name has been chosen to reflect the Company’s new strategic focus on investments upon completion of its proposed qualifying transaction. In connection with the name change the Company has reserved the symbol “PTEC”. The proposed name change is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
