We have examined all Share Transfer Deeds, Memorandum of Transfers, Registers, files and other documents relating to Prime Securities Limited maintained by Link Intime India Private Limited (the RTA) pertaining to transfer of equity shares of the Company for the period from 01st October, 2020 to 31st March, 2021 for the purpose of issuing a Certificate as per Clause $40(9)$ of the SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 entered into by Prime Securities Limited with Stock Exchanges and based on the information provided by the Company, We hereby certify that the Company has delivered during half year ended on 31st March, 2021:
- A) Share Certificate(s) relating to the transfer of Shares received during the period from 01st October, 2020 to 31st March, 2021 as entered in the Memorandum of Transfers and had been issued within thirty days from respective date of lodgment of each deed excepting those rejected on technical grounds.
- B) The Company has not received any request for issue of duplicate share certificates and has received requests for transmission of shares during the period from 01st October, 2020 to 31st March, 2021 and the certificates for the same has been issued within thirty days from respective date of lodgment.
