This is to inform you that I have sold 29,36,674 equity shares of Prime Securities Limited to M/s. Statin Enterprise LLP (party/person acting in concert), in which I am a Designated Director.

After this transaction, my aggregate holding is 6,26,313 equity shares representing 2.36% of the total shareholding of Prime Securities Limited, the aggregate holding of M/s. Statin Enterprise LLP is 29,36,674 equity shares representing 11.08% of the total shareholding of Prime Securities Limited. The aggregate holding of mine, along with persons acting in concert with me, remains the same at 56,82,484 equity shares representing 21.43% of the total shareholding of Prime Securities Limited.
