I refer to your query in respect of disclosure made by me under the captioned subject on February 15, 2021.

In this regard, please note that in the disclosure made on February 15, 2021, I had disclosed sale of 29,36,674 equity shares of Prime Securities Limited by me to M/s. Statin Enterprise LLP, which is a party / person acting in concert with me. I am a Designated Director in M/s. Statin Enterprises LLP. In the said disclosure, since there was no change in the aggregate holding of mine, along with persons acting in concert with me post the transaction, the details of acquisition / disposal were mentioned as Nil.
