I refer to your query in respect of disclosure made by me under the captioned subject on March 10, 2021.

In this regard, please note that in the disclosure made on March 10, 2021, I had disclosed sale of 2,11,385 equity shares of Prime Securities Limited by me to M/s. Statin Enterprise LLP, which is a party / person acting in concert with me. I am a Designated Director in M/s. Statin Enterprises LLP. In the said disclosure, since there was no change in the aggregate holding of mine, along with persons acting in concert with me post the transaction, the details of acquisition / disposal were mentioned as Nil.
