This is to inform you that we have acquired 100000 Equity Shares of Prime Securities Limited.

After this acquisition, our Aggregate holding with persons acting in concert with us 2900000 Equity Shares 10.94 % of the total Shareholding of Prime Securities Limited.

This may be treated as declaration pursuant to Regulation 7 (1) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeover ) Regulations , 1997 and Regulation 13 (1) of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading ) Regulations, 1992.
