After this acquisition, the aggregate holding of mine is 33,54,759 equity shares representing 12.65% of the total shareholding of Prime Securities Limited and the aggregate holding of mine, along with persons acting in concert with me, is 52,74,256 equity shares representing 19.89% of the total shareholding of Prime Securities Limited.
