After this acquisition, the aggregate holding of mine is 33,64,759 equity shares representing 12.69% of the total shareholding of Prime Securiti es Limited and the aggregate ho lding of mine, along with persons acting in concert with me, is 52,84,256 equity shares representing 19.93% of the tota l shareholding of Prime Securities Limited.
