This is to inform you that I have acquired 37,500 Equity Shares of Prime Securities Limited.

After this acquisition, the aggregate holding of mine is 34,02,259 equity shares representing 12.83% of the total shareholding of Prime Securities Limited and the aggregate holding of mine, along with persons acting in conceIt with me, is 53,2 1,756 equity shares representing 20.07% of the total shareholding of Prime Securities Limited.
