This is to inform you that Mrs. Madhu Jayakumar, person acting in conceit, have acquired 2,00,000 Equity Shares of Prime Securities Limited.

After this acquisition, the aggregate holding of Mrs. Madhu Jayakumar is 3,36,000 Equity Shares representing 1.27% of the total shareholding of Prime Securities Limited. The aggregate holding of mine, along with persons acting in concert with me, is 55,21 ,756 equity shares representing 20.82% of the total shareholding of Prime Securiti es Limited.
