This is to inform you that I have acquired 87,428 Equity Shares of Prime Securities Limited.

After this acquisition, the aggregate holding of mine is 34,89,687 equity shares representing 13.16% of the total shareholding of Prime Securities Limited and the aggregate holding of mine, along with persons acting in concert with me, is 56,09,184 equity shares representing 21.15% of the total shareholding of Prime Securities Limited.
