Pursuant to the amended SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company by the Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives shall remain closed from today i.e. January 22, 2025, till January 29, 2025. Accordingly, all the Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives have been intimated not to trade in the Company's shares during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
