With reference to the captioned subject, we regret to inform the sudden and sad demise of Mr. S. R. Sharma, Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company, on Friday September 23, 2022.

Mr. S. R. Sharma had a long association with Prime Securities Limited (Prime) before being appointed as CFO of the Company on May 18, 2019. During his tenure of over two decades in two stages, Mr. S. R. Sharma held very responsible positions and the Company immensely benefitted from his knowledge of matters, both finance and legal, experience and unwavering dedication. His sudden demise is an irreparable loss to his colleagues and the Company. The Directors, the Management and the employees mourn his untimely departure and convey heartfelt sorrow and condolences to his bereaved family.
