SUPPLEMENTAL ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Reference is made to the announcement of Prime Intelligence Solutions Group Limited (the ‘‘Company’’) dated 30 December 2022 (the ‘‘Announcement’’) in relation to, among other things, the appointment of Mr. Hui Cho Lung as the executive Director of the Company. Unless the context otherwise requires, capitalized terms in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.

The Board hereby clarifies that, as at the date of the Announcement, Mr. Hui Cho Lung was interested in 39,100,000 shares of the Company, representing approximately 4.89% of the issued shares of the Company.

Save as disclosed above, other information in the Announcement remains unchanged.
