Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of LODR Regulations, we would like to inform you that Mr. Kodi Raghavan Srinivasan (DIN: 00012449), has completed his second consecutive term as an Independent Director of Company with effect from Monday, September 30, 2024, accordingly he has ceased to be an Independent Director of the Company. He has consequently also ceased to be member of all the Committees of the Board.

The Company places on record its appreciation and gratitude for the contribution and guidance rendered by Mr. Kodi Raghavan Srinivasan during his tenure as an Independent Director on the Board of the Company.
