• 深化三感合一策略: 持續擴展於智能化新產品廣泛應用而挹注新成長動能 ， 高附加價值新產品比重預期逐年增加，如智慧物聯網與智慧家庭等

• 整體獲利年成長率將優於營收成長率: 主因產品與客戶比重優化，毛利率 與營業利利率改善。

• 智慧介面裝置部分 :居家辦公帶動電腦周邊和電競相關產品需求仍持續強 勁， 新產品如智慧家庭、 擴充基座 、無線充電 成長性高。

• 視覺影像部分: 汽車ADAS感測相機模組(應用於電動車與ADAS先進駕駛輔 助系統)也預期受惠美系電動車大廠高成長動能而有倍數成長， 亦增加較 高毛利率非智慧手機相機模組整體比重。

• 聲學部分: 主要受惠家用娛樂音響系統與視訊會議需求續揚帶動營收與新 案出貨，聲學產品將持續增加高階產品比重並優化客戶組合，獲利較去年 明顯改善。

• 製造能力升級 : 邁向智慧製造與工業4.0思維引導製造。

• 分散產能: 泰國自建廠預計第四季底進駐， 將成中國外最大製造基地。

• 汽車電子需求續旺(汽車ADAS感測相機模組應用於電動車與ADAS先進駕駛輔 助系統) ， 但手機相機模組營收與佔整體視覺營收影像比率下降。

• 家用娛樂音響系統與視訊會議需求續揚，專業高階音響新案出貨，帶動季營 收微幅成長。整體高毛利率營收比重大幅提高優於去年同期。

• 獲利展望: 改善與優化毛利率與營業利率，均有望較第一季提升  整體毛利率與營業利益率預期將較去年第二季顯著改善 。

• 智慧介面裝置方面預期受惠電腦、電競需求獲利續穩。

• 視覺影像部分獲利主因汽車ADAS貢獻挹注預期將有顯著獲利年成長。

• 聲學產品因改善客戶結構與增加高階產品比重，較第一季獲利季成長率高。
