Primary Health Properties PLC (the "Company" or "PHP"), the UK's leading investor in modern primary healthcare facilities announces the following share dealings by Directors and persons closely associated with them following completion of its recent firm placing, placing, open offer and offer for subscription (the "Capital Raising").
Harry Hyman, Managing Director, acquired 69,040 ordinary shares of 12.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in the Capital Raising at 108 pence. Anita Hyman, Nexus Group Holdings Limited and Nexus Central Management Services Limited ("NCMS"), persons closely associated with Mr Hyman acquired respectively 2,285, 5,291 and 50,231 Ordinary Shares in the Capital Raising at 108 pence. NCMS are holding as bare trustee for certain senior executives of Nexus Tradeco Limited under the Company's performance incentive arrangements. Following the transaction, Mr Hyman has an interest in 455,782 Ordinary Shares representing 0.06% of the enlarged share capital and persons closely associated with him have an interest in 12,846,964 Ordinary Shares representing 1.76 % of the enlarged share capital.
Richard Howell, Finance Director, acquired 76,089 Ordinary Shares in the Capital Raising at 108 pence. Fiona Howell a person closely associated with him, acquired 2,119 Ordinary Shares in the Capital Raising at 108 pence. Following the transaction, Mr Howell has an interest in 90,053 Ordinary Shares (of which 12,268 Ordinary Shares are held on trust for Mr Howell by NCMS) representing 0.01% of the enlarged share capital and persons closely associated with him have an interest in 38,155 Ordinary Shares representing 0.01% of the enlarged share capital.
Steven Owen, Non-executive chairman, acquired 12,278 Ordinary Shares in the Capital Raising at 108 pence. Siân Owen a person closely associated with him, acquired 1,294 Ordinary Shares in the Capital Raising at 108 pence. Following the transaction, Mr Owen has an interest in 47,868 Ordinary Shares representing 0.01% of the enlarged share capital and persons closely associated with him have an interest in 23,308 Ordinary Shares representing less than 0.01% of the enlarged share capital.
