Director's shareholdings post sub-division of shares

Following the announcement on 11 November 2015 that the resolution to sub-divide each issued ordinary share of 50 pence each ("Existing Ordinary Shares") into four ordinary shares of 12.5 pence each (the "New Ordinary Shares") (the "Sub-Division") was passed, the Company announced on the 12 November 2015 that the amendment of Existing Ordinary Shares with ISIN GB0007015521 to New Ordinary Shares with ISIN GB00BYRJ5J14 had become effective. 

Following the Sub-Division the interests of the Directors in the share capital of the Company and any interests of a person connected with a Director (within the meaning of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules) are shown below:
