Directorate Changes

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Steven Owen as Senior Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee with effect from 10 April 2014.

Mr Owen joined PHP as an Independent Non-Executive Director on 1 January 2014, A chartered accountant, Steven is currently CEO and Partner of Wye Valley Partners LLP, and was Deputy CEO and Finance Director at Brixton plc until 2009.
