Zarząd Prima Moda S.A. z siedzibą we Wrocławiu (Emitent, Spółka) informuje, że w dniu 28 lutego 2017 r. zawarty został aneks do umowy z dnia 21 września 2012 r. o wielocelowy limit kredytowy z Bankiem Pekao S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie, o którym Spółka informowała komunikatem bieżącym nr 12/2012 oraz m.in. w komunikacie nr 16/2015. Na mocy aneksu przedłużono termin obowiązywania ww. umowy do 31 grudnia 2017 r.
