Pursuant to Regulation 24(A) and Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (as amended), we hereby inform that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today i.e. May 27, 2025, considered and approved the appointment of M/s. BVR & Associates Company Secretaries LLP, Practicing Company Secretaries (Firm Registration No- AAE-7079) holding Peer Review Certificate No. 706/2020 as Secretarial Auditor, to conduct the Secretarial Audit and to submit the Secretarial Audit Report with effect from April 1, 2025, for a period of 5 years subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing 38[th] Annual General Meeting of the Company to hold office till the conclusion of the 43[rd] AGM of the Company to be held in the year 2030.
