Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, in continuation to our letter No. PL/SEC/TGT/2024-2025/100 dated 2[nd] December 2024, it is hereby informed that Pricol Precision Products Private Limited (Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Pricol Limited) has acquired the injection moulded plastic component solutions division of Sundaram Auto Components Limited on slump sale basis on 31[st] January 2025.

Pricol Precision Products Private Limited will commence the injection moulded plastic component solutions business, with effect from 1[st] February 2025.
