Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, in continuation to our letter No. PL/SEC/TGT/2024-2025/100 dated 2nd December 2024, it is hereby informed that:

• a) Company has invested Rs.120 Crores in Pricol Precision Products Private Limited (WOS) as on 30[th] January 2025. The total paid-up equity share capital of Pricol Precision Products Private Limited is Rs. 120.15 Crores, which is fully held by Pricol Limited.

• b) Company has provided corporate guarantee to an extent of Rs.230 Crores for the credit facilities of Pricol Precision Products Private Limited .

• c) Company has invested Rs.3 Crores in PQSI Digital Private Limited on 30[th] January 2025.
