Sub: Technology License Agreement with Domino S.r.l
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI Regulations”) read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13[th] July, 2023 (“Circular”), we hereby inform that Pricol Limited has entered into a Technology License Agreement with Domino S.r.l, on 14[th] July, 2025. This agreement will enable Pricol to manufacture, distribute and sell the Switches, Throttles, and allied products for use as original equipment in 2-Wheeler as required by the customers.
Requisite disclosure as required under the SEBI Regulations and the Circular is enclosed as Annexure- I
Further, a copy of press release about the aforesaid agreement is attached herewith as AnnexureII , which will be disseminated shortly.

The Agreement will have a term of 5 years, unless the Parties decide to extend it bymeans of a later written agreement. |
