Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today, 6[th] November, 2025 (Started at 2.00 p.m. and at 04.30 p.m.) has approved the following:

1. Interim Dividend

The Board has declared has declared an interim dividend of Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two Only) per equity share (200%) of face value of Re.1 each for financial year 2025-26.

2. Record Date

The Board has fixed 14[th] November 2025 (Friday) as the record date for determining the shareholders eligible to receive the interim dividend .

3. Designation of Mr.Premramesh S.K. as Senior Management Personnel

The Board has designated Mr.Premramesh S.K., Chief Manufacturing Excellence Officer as the Senior Management Personnel with effect from 6[th] November 2025.
